August Service Award

We are pleased to recognize Pam as July’s Service Award recipient at Nashua Center. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Pam shows exceptional care and respect for her clients. Her strong advocacy and personal connection with the client she works with one-on-one have made a big difference at his job and in the community.

Pam has done a great job educating her client’s coworkers and customers about his strengths and abilities. She always ensures that conversations include him, promoting his independence and dignity.

Pam's ability to listen and respond to her client’s needs are what makes her an excellent advocate. Her dedication benefits both her client and the Nashua Center team, where she has been a valued member for five years.
