The Children's Pyramid provides early supports and services for New Hampshire parents and children.

Established in 1994, TCP specializes in offering early supports and services to children from birth to three years old.  Operating across Southern New Hampshire, TCP partners with two Area Agencies for referrals.  Our team of licensed therapists delivers a comprehensive range of physical, occupational, speech and language therapy, as well as educational services.  These invaluable supports are provided in the comfort of the family home or through center-based options, ensuring a unique and tailored approach to each child's development.

The Children's Pyramid is comprised of licensed professional therapists who work in the following areas:

Physical Therapy

Provide activities to address your child’s gross motor and sensory motor development and improve muscle strength, balance and coordination.

Occupational Therapy

Address your child’s hand use, self-help and feeding development. Our occupational therapist will also assess your child’s ability to take in information and learn from their senses (sensory integration).

Speech and Language Therapy

Work with your child to improve speech and language skills and/or implement alternative modes of communication if necessary. Our speech pathologist also provides assistance with oral-motor and feeding skills.

Educational Therapy

Develop programs to enhance interaction and play skills to help your child learn about their environment.

Behavioral Consultation

All children test their limits. By observing and talking about your child’s challenging behaviors, successful strategies to manage them can be developed.

Family Services Associate

A unique paraprofessional position within The Children’s Pyramid. Each family is paired with a Family Services Associate to provide assistance as needed in areas such as: service coordination, family support and carryover services.
