Each month, we highlight a dedicated Nashua Center employee who makes a difference, and this month, we’re proud to recognize Olivia Sotelo, a Level II DSP in our LIFE-OP program!

DSPs like Oliva play an essential role, helping our clients build independence, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive. Olivia takes this responsibility to heart, fully committing to each client she supports and giving her best every day. Known for her reliability, patience, and problem-solving, Olivia’s work goes far beyond daily tasks. She not only helps clients with communication skills but also guides them in adapting to new situations and reaching personal goals that build confidence and independence. Her thoughtful approach ensures that each client feels seen, respected, and empowered to grow.
