December Service Award

We are thrilled to recognize Isobel Graves as December's Service Award recipient! Isobel consistently goes above and beyond in her role, always ready to lend a hand when needed. She has built incredible relationships with her clients, taking the time to be attentive, responsive, and supportive of their individual needs and abilities.

Isobel works closely with her clients to help them reach their goals, from planning their daily schedules to teaching budgeting skills and building social confidence through creative methods like videos and role-playing. She also finds ways to make everyday activities meaningful, such as going shopping together and preparing delicious meals.

Isobel brings fresh ideas to the table and is an invaluable source of creativity and innovation, especially when new approaches are needed. Her positive, upbeat attitude is contagious, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues alike.

In addition to her outstanding work ethic, Isobel is quick to step in and cover for her colleagues when needed, helping to ensure the team runs smoothly. In addition, she provides respite on the weekends for many of our clients - going above and beyond her regular work responsibilities. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does to contribute to the success and well-being of both our clients and the entire Nashua Center team.
