February Service Award

The Residential Department is proud to nominate John McNamara for the February Service Award. 

John has been a long-time dedicated provider to two of our clients, both of whom have various medical and support needs. Throughout his years with Nashua Center, John has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and support. He goes above and beyond to ensure that advocacy and the promotion of independence are always at the forefront of his work. His commitment to the well-being of the clients he serves is evident in everything he does. 

John truly embodies what we mean when we say, "person first." He is not only caring, compassionate, and considerate, but he also deeply respects the individuality and autonomy of his clients. John has played an integral role in their successes, offering guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. His ability to connect with his clients and empower them is something truly special, and it has made a lasting impact on their lives.
