         The Children's Pyramid

The Children’s Pyramid was established in 1994 and provides early supports and services throughout Southern New Hampshire. Early supports and services are specifically designed for children from birth to three years of age and their families.

The Children’s Pyramid is comprised of professionals and paraprofessionals in the following areas:
Physical Therapy : To provide activities to address your child’s gross motor and sensory motor development and improve muscle strength, balance and coordination.
Occupational Therapy : To address your child’s hand use, self-help and feeding development. The occupational therapist will also assess your child’s ability to take in information and learn from their senses (sensory integration).
Speech and Language Therapy : To work with your child to improve speech and language skills and/or implement alternative modes of communication if necessary. The speech pathologist also provides assistance with oral-motor and feeding skills.
Educational Therapy : To develop programs to enhance interaction and play skills to help your child learn about their environment.
Behavioral Consultation : All children test their limits. By observing and talking about your child’s challenging behaviors, successful strategies to manage them can be developed.
Family Services Associate : A unique paraprofessional position within The Children’s Pyramid. Each family is paired with a Family Services Associate to provide assistance as needed in areas such as: service coordination, family support and carryover services.

"From day one we have been very pleased with the services and wonderful people from The Children’s Pyramid. The support was great! Thank you for everything."
